Peter Boynton Peter Boynton - President - has performed on Broadway, (‘She Loves Me’ revival 1993-94), starred in daytime television, (‘Tonio’ on ‘As The World Turns’ among other roles), and been featured in films like ‘HellRaiser III’, (though some credits are best forgotten!). Peter has worked for over twenty-five years as an actor, director and producer in dozens of musicals, both in New York and in regional theaters around the country, Locally, he has worked with the Lost Nation Theater Co. and Vermont Stage Co. and has helped shape the performing arts program at Harwood Union H.S. where he has directed and choreographed their spring musical for the past ten years. He is currently on the faculty of Burlington College where he teaches an acting and directing class.
Nick Corley Nick Corley has an extensive acting and directing resume. For 10 seasons he played Bob Cratchitt in the Madison Square Garden production of ‘A Christmas Carol’ and Broadway audiences saw him in ‘She Loves Me’ during the 1993-94 season. Nick has directed several original productions including ‘Elliot Ness...In Cleveland’ at the Denver Theatre Center, ‘A Young Lady of Fashion’ at the Fulton Opera House, ‘The Civil War’ at Houston's Alley Theatre, and most recently ‘Tallboy Walkin’ in New York. Upcoming projects include a new musical version of ‘A Tale of Two Cities, Trouble in Paradise’, and ‘Myth’, an original musical he is creating with Corliss Preston.Nick is on the faculty of the Teen Theater camps at The Skinner Barn and directed the 2003 Commons Group production of The Robber Bridegroom and the 2005 production of Bat Boy: The Musical.
Judy Milstein Judy Milstein has produced and directed theater productions all over the country. Local audiences know her work at Lost Nation Theater where she has directed ‘Our Town’ and ‘Collected Stories’, and performed in numerous productions. Judy has an undergraduate degree in arts and education from the University of Michigan and a graduate degree from Columbia Teachers College in NYC. Working with teens she has created theme-based school musicals at the Flynn Theater and Very Special Arts in Burlington, and with the Onion River Arts Council and Lost Nation Theater in Montpelier. A skilled improvisational actor and has worked with Jonathon Winters and The Groundlings in NYC, and on Sesame St.
Darine Avedisian is originally from New York City where she had a successful career in feature film advertising, handling clients such as Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Walt Disney Studios, USA Films, New Line Cinema, Miramax and The Angelika Film Center, among others. Darine has managed, produced and directed New York City based Cabaret artists both nationally and internationally since 1984. She has also executive produced two CD’s “The Other Side of Me” and “Greta – In The Dark of the Night”. Darine now lives in Waitsfield, Vermont full time with her dogs Taylor and Cody and is a realtor with Johnson Real Estate Group, Ltd.
Janet Hubbard has worked as a researcher at Time-Life Books, and as an editor for Concepts Publishing in Waitsfield, Vermont and Vermont Life Magazine. She has written a dozen books for children, and been published by Avon,  Bantam, and Chelsea House Publishers. She wrote a CDROM mystery entitled "Who Killed Taylor French?" and is currently writing a mystery series set in the wine districts of France with co-author Astrid Latapie of Paris.
Steve Butcher has worked in technology for most of his life. Originally from a farm in central Michigan, Steve studied engineering in Boston and spent 11 years there as a Local and Wide Area Network consultant. He has travelled around the world networking corporate offices and co-founded an IT Consulting firm, everyNetwork, in Boston, San Francisco and New York City. After Y2K, Steve sold his company, packed up and moved to Vermont, where he lives with his wife, Carrie. Currently co-owner of VickeryHill.com, a web & database development firm, Steve can be seen at various Commons Group events laughing & crying with the flow of the show.
