Site Fee

For 2024 - 2025 Seasons:  $5,000.00

Includes:

  • Full Day for Your Event at our Barn & Grounds
    You have use of the barn and grounds from 10 am to 10 pm. We will help you plan your ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, first dances, etc. With good weather, our lovely meadows and gorgeous views offer a perfect spot for your ceremony and outside cocktail reception.

  • ‘Courtesy Hour’ on Previous Day
    We provide a courtesy hour on the afternoon of the day before your event for rehearsal of your ceremony and drop off of supplies, decorations, lawn games, etc.

  • The Skinner Barn staff will perform the set-up and break-down of all the indoor and outdoor tables and chairs used in your event. This includes setting up the chairs for the ceremony. Your caterer’s staff is then expected to finish your table set-up from the ‘linens-up’, as well as clearing back down to the tabletops at the end of the event.

  • NOTE: We do not allow our clients to set-up or break-down their event, though you are welcome to add your decorating touches!

  • Use of Table & Chair Inventory

  • Use of Professional Sound System

  • Restrooms and Ready Rooms

  • Parking Supervision

  • Head off to your after-party!
    We will collect your decorating items and any other personal belongings at the end of the event so you can head out to your ‘after party’. We will store them over night and they can be picked up the next day.

  • Planning Consultation
    -An initial meeting and tour at the property, determining any needs and wishes.
    -A second meeting one month prior to the event with a walk through of the property to finalize “day of”
    needs, in collaboration with a representative of Sugarsnap Catering.
    -Day-Of oversight on your wedding day to ensure everything goes smoothly!

OPTIONAL:

A pop-up tent can be rented for an additional $75 fee.
They are often required by string players you may hire for your outside ceremony, to provide shade from the sun for their instruments.
You may choose the pop-up for other uses as well.
The $75 fee includes set-up and take-down by the site owner.

OPTIONAL:

A golf cart can be rented for an additional $250 fee.
This is the perfect solution to help your elderly or physically challenged guests navigate our property. The golf cart will be available, with a driver, for both your courtesy hour the day before your wedding, and for the wedding day. Your guests who need assistance will appreciate the opportunity to be shuttled to and from the parking area and to the ceremony site across the brook on the barn side of the property.

Optional:

Our beautiful cedar arbor can be rented for your ceremony site for an additional $100 fee. The fee includes transporting the arbor to the ceremony spot and removing it at the end of your event.

 

Note: Maximum occupancy of the barn and grounds is 100 persons.
