Facility fees for The Skinner Barn
are as follows:
Weddings: $2,750
Rehearsals Dinners: $2,250
Brunch + party fees: $250/Hr.
The facility fee includes the use of the the barn and site for the day, and includes parking supervision,
and use of the meadows for ceremonies and receptions.
The fee also includes (125) indoor chairs, (10) five foot round dinner tables and a professional sound system with microphones and an iPod hook-up..
The fee does not include
outdoor chairs, tableware, glassware, linens, or catering and beverage services.
The facility fee applies to the function date for which the barn has been
rented. Any use of the barn or site prior to the event, (decorating,
rehearsals,caterer set-up, etc.), will be billed seperately and is based on
the availability of the site.
Catering for weddings and social events at The Skinner Barn is provided exclusively by Catering By Dale. Dale Loeffler and her staff will help you plan all the details of your event!
Beverage services are provided exclusively by Dan Pererra at the Purple Moon Pub or by Bruce Hyde at The Hyde Away Inn.

Music for events at The Skinner Barn favors acoustic
and lightly amplified instruments. Live music concludes at 9:30 pm with guest
departure at 10 pm.
